Amazon Great Indian Sale vs Flipkart Big Billion days sale
The festive season is on. To commemorate the festival season, several online retailers are offering heavy discounts and deals on the smartphone category. At the Amazon Great Indian sale, the e-commerce store is offering deals on both budget and premium phones. On the other hand, Flipkart at its Big Billion sale is offering discounts on several newly announced phones like the Lenovo K8 Plus gets Rs 2,000 off.
Adding on the deals, Flipkart is offering up to 10 per cent discount to SBI credit and debit card holders. On the other hand, Amazon is offering the HDFC credit and debit card holders up to 10 per cent cashback. Flipkart was previously offering a discount of Rs 16,000, which reduced the price of the Galaxy S7 to Rs 29,990. Buyers will also get Rs 3,000 extra discount on exchange. On the other hand, Amazon is selling the Galaxy S7 at Rs 39,400, almost Rs 6,600 discount from the launch price of Rs 46,000.
iPhone 7 at Rs 38,999
Flipkart was selling last year's iPhone aka the iPhone 7 at Rs 38,999. But now, the e-commerce site has reduced the discount and is offering the iPhone 7 at Rs 39,999. The iPhone 7 is originally available at around Rs 50,000. Almost a year old iPhone at almost Rs 10,000 discount is a real good deal. Lenovo K8 Plus at Rs 8,999
Lenovo K8 Plus was launched in India very recently in two variants. One with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage for Rs 10,999 and a special holiday edition variant with 4GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. Flipkart, at the Big Billion Day sale is offering discount on this newly announced phone - K8 Plus 3GB RAM model. The smartphone which is originally price at Rs 10,999, but is now available at Rs 8,999. Lenovo K8 Plus gets a price cut of Rs 2,000. On the other hand, Amazon is selling the same phone at the launch price only.
iPhone SE at Rs 18,999
This is one deal that is available in both Amazon and Flipkart. iPhone SE is available at Rs 18,999 on both the e-commerce stores. This price is for the 32GB storage variant. So, yet again, if you are an iPhone fan, iPhone SE is the one for you to buy this festive season. There are offers on iPhone 5s, iPhone 6 and iPhone 6s as well, but the iPhone SE makes more sense at this point.
Redmi Note 4 at Rs 2,000 off, Redmi 4 gets price cut
Xiaomi's Redmi Note 4 4GB RAM/64GB storage gets a price drop of Rs 2,000 and is available for Rs 8,999. On the other hand, Xiaomi s offering a suit of interesting discounts across Amazon India, Flipkart, Tata Cliq, Paytm mall, Mi.com, Mi Preferred Partner stores, Large Format Retailers and Mi Home stores ahead of festival season. The company, on the discount on the Redmi Note 4 said, that 3GBRAM/32GB storage and 4GB RAM/64GB storage will get a price drop of Rs 1,000 and Rs 2,000 respectively and will be available for Rs 9,999 and Rs 10,999.
Like Flipkart is offering discount on the Redmi Note 4, Amazon at its Great Indian sale is offering discount on the budget phone by Xiaomi - the Redmi 4. Amazon is selling the Redmi 4 - 32GB storage at Rs 8,499. Meanwhile, during the Xiaomi's festive deals, the Redmi 4 (3GBRAM/32GB storage), (4GB RAM/64GB storage) will get a price drop of Rs 500 and Rs 1,500 respectively and will be available for Rs 8,499 and Rs 9,499.
OnePlus 3T gets Rs 5,000 off, OnePlus 5 available at Rs 12,400 exchange offer
OnePlus 3T is available at Rs 29,999. But, Amazon, at its Great Indian sale is selling the OnePlus 3T at Rs 24,999. This means that Amazon India is offering a discount of Rs 5,000 on OnePlus 3T. However, this is a limited period offer and will end on Sept 24.
OnePlus 5 available at Rs 12,400 exchange offer. Amazon is also offering deals on the newly launched flagship phone - OnePlus 5. The phone, which is priced at Rs 32,999, now comes with Rs 12,400 exchange offer. On top of the Rs 12,400 offer, Amazon is also offering an additional Rs 3,000 off on exchange on buying the OnePlus 5. The offer is available for both 64GB and 128GB variant of the Slate Gray, Soft Gold and Midnight Black of the OnePlus 5.

Asus Zenfone Laser and Zenfone 3x Max
Asus Zenfone 3x Max, which is originally priced at Rs 14,999 is selling at a price tag of Rs 8,999 on Flipkart. On the other hand, Amazon has priced the phone at Rs 12,990. Coming to the Asus Zenfone 3 Laser, Flipkart is the phone at a discounted price of Rs 10,999. The Zenfone 3 was launched at a price tag of Rs 19,999, so right now; Flipkart is offering a discount of 45 per cent on the phone. Amazon has priced the phone at Rs 16,089.
Google Pixel XL gets Rs 26,000 price cut
Last year's Pixel phone - the Google Pixel XL gets a price cut of Rs 26,000. Pixel XL with 32GB storage is originally priced at around Rs 54,000 and 128GB storage variant is available at Rs 63,000. However, Amazon is selling the Google Pixel XL 128GB at Rs 49,999, while the 32GB variant of the Pixel XL at Rs 44,000.
LG Q6, LG G6 gets a price cut
Amazon is offering up to 40 per cent discount on LG phones at the Great Indian sale. LG Q6 is available at a price cut of Rs 4,000. After the discount, Amazon is selling the LG Q6 at Rs 12,990. To recall, LG Q6 was launched at a price tag of Rs 16,999. Amazon is offering discount on LG G6 also. LG G6 was launched in India at Rs 51,990 and the price later dropped to Rs 41,990. But, now Amazon is offering the LG G6 at Rs 33,990.
